Tperware Strawberry Sorbet
Ingredients (6 Persons)
- 750 g strawberries
- 75 g icing sugar
Easily done in 10 mins!
- Using the Double Colander, wash and drain the strawberries, then destem them. Cut the strawberries in max. 2 cm pieces and place them in the Freezer Mates Large Low 2.25L. Freeze for at least 8h.
- Take the strawberries out of the freezer for 15 min. before preparing the sorbet. Mix them with the icing sugar using the Silicone Spatula.
- Using the FusionMaster Sorbet Maker, prepare the sorbet and serve right away.
Tip: if you want to prepare ice cream scoops, place a Freezer Mates Medium Low 1L in the Freezer for 15 min then use it to collect the ice cream coming out of the Sorbet Maker.
