10 Year Guarantee

Any Tupperware you buy from me is guaranteed for 10 Years!

Tupperware products are guaranteed for 10 years in the UK.  they are guaranteed against faults such as spitting, chipping, cracking, warping,stress cracks, or breaking arising from a manufacturing defect or from normal domestic use. Products are replaced under this guarantee by our Tupperware Customer Service department. You will need your proof of purchase.

The guarantee does not cover staining and stickiness, scratching or melting, heat damage, damage from dropping or chewing caused by an animal.

If your Tupperware was not bought from a UK Tupperware consultant like me, then it may not be eligible for the 10 year guarantee. We are not permitted to sell on eBay, for example, so those items are unlikely to be covered by the Tupperware guarantee.

Under the Tupperware guarantee, if an identical product replacement is not available, the closest comparable product replacement will be substituted or, at Tupperware’s discretion, a credit given towards a future purchase of Tupperware products. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed. Staining and decorative print are not covered by the Guarantee. Metal or wooden component parts are not covered by this Guarantee and items in this category are marked with a Q in the catalogue. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All claims under warranty are dealt with by our Head Office in Denmark, so if you wish to make a claim, please send me a picture of the problem which I will forward to head office for a decision.
