This is vegetable lasagne, but if you would like the meat version, just substitute the lentils and tofu with 1kg of minced meat instead.

Vegetable lasagne ingredients
Oil to fry
1 diced onion
2 cloves garlic
800g drained canned lentils
250g tofu crumbled
700 mls passata
1 tablespoon Italian herbs
Salt and pepper
400g ricotta
200g mozerella
½ juiced lemon
1 large aubergine
2 courgettes
Sprinkling of cheddar
