Tupperware Postage and Delivery


The couriers deliver parcels 'contact-free delivery' right to everyone's doorsteps.

Anybody due to receive a parcel can visit the tracking section and choose 'divert' to select a safe place when you receive your tracking details.

If a safe place hasn't been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, then couriers will leave it there, even when there is someone in the property. A photo will be taken and this will be included in the delivery notification email.

If there is no safe place available, please be assured that we will always attempt delivery 3 times.

UK delivery costs will be added at the checkout.

I do keep some stock of the most popular products and more than 50% of orders are dispatched straight away.  However, since we do not have an office in the UK, I have to import all my orders. If I don't have stock of your items, I place my order each Monday morning with the warehouse in Dublin and receive it on a Friday. I will then dispatch it to you that day so that you receive it early the following week.  This means that there could be a waiting time of up to two weeks if I need to order it in.

If you need to return an item you will find the return address in your parcel. Returns will be refunded provided they are received in 30 days, in perfect condition for resale, and have not been used.  Return postage should be made using a recorded service.
