Make a cake!

INGREDIENTS TO PREPARATION SERVE 8 PEOPLE

Preparation time 5 MINS

 180°C FOR 60 MINS

  • 200 g sugar

  • 4eggs (medium sized)

  • 200g butter,melted

  • 200g plainflour

  • 1tsp baking powder(±5ml)

    Choose one flavouring of your choice from the list below:

  • zest of 1 organic lemon

  • zest of 1⁄2 organic orange

  • 1⁄2tsp vanilla 

  • 50g chopped pistachios

  • 50g chopped walnuts

  • 50g chocolate chunks

1. Preheat the oven to Th 6 / 180°C.

2. In the Easy Speedy mix the sugar and eggs

3. Add the melted butter and stir. Add the flour and baking powder, stir again until you have a consistent mixture.

4. Add one of the flavourings of your choice and mix one last time.

5. Pour the mixture into the King Form (set on a cold oven rack).

6. Bake for approx. 60 min. 

7. Allow to stand for 15 min. Unmold on the oven rack and allow to cool.
